Can I get the Registration Rewards if I bought games on Steam?

Since it's Chiristmas sales on steam, I bought Sims3, Sims3 University, Sims3 Ambitions.

And when I register my games on the EA site, they said I can download some item packs.

However, even if I clicked the download button, nothing happend.

So, if I bought sims3 on Steam, can I gen thoese Registration Rewards? If it is, how can I get it?

Please help me.
