Can I see what previous sims i downloaded from the exchange again?

so i got a new computer and i have none of my old custom content/ custom sims i downloaded from the sims 3 exchange awhile ago. is there any way i can find the sims i downloaded on the sims 3 website?? i really want my good custom content back lol

    No, you can't see what you've downloaded.

    Do you still have access to your old computer ?
