Can I transfer expansion packs from one account to another?

I realized after putting in the codes for the sims 3 late-night expansion and the high-end loft stuff pack that I accidentally put them on an old account(account A), which I no longer use, and wanted...

@puzzlezaddict The problem is that the two accounts use two different emails. Am I still able to have them merged?

@katelynn9144 Yes, as long as you have access to both emails (so you can prove the accounts are yours), it's not a problem.

    Okay, say the one account is a friends old account, we do have access to the email(s), but it’s her name on the account, not mine. Would we still be able to merge the accounts possibly?
