can not find registration codes

hello i purchase the sims 3 master suite, the sims 3 pets,the sims 3 outdoor living all on digital download for pc. when it dowloaded the screen came up asking for a registation code and it said it will either be found on the confimation email, the game manuel, the product packing or the game card i check my email and there wasnt any code there and i rueled out the game manuel and game packing because of it being a digital download so i went looking for the game card and that is no where to be found so i want to know where the regisation codes for my games i purchased are if u could help me then it would be very appreciated
