can not reedem my code
I tried reedeming my code for the sims 3 in my ea account so that I could play without CD, and it is not working, I tried all my cd codes because i have a lot of sims, and none of them work, it says that it has already been reedemed, but I dont know the email or code of my previous account, and I have a new account. What do I do?
@nati535858 If your codes have already been redeemed in your old account, you wont be able to register them to your new account. So your only option there is to try to recover your old account, which is going to be difficult if you can't remember what email address you used. You might get lucky though: Go to any EA site, enter any email address you currently have access to, and click "Forgot your password?" If that address is tied to an EA account, it should receive a password recovery email. Be sure to check the spam folder as well as the inbox.
If you do figure out what account you used but can't get back into it, contact EA customer support.

If you can't recover the old account, your only other option is to install and play using the discs.
