Can Registure to The Sims 3 Site

I bought this game sometime ago. I never registured with Sim 3 community because I had issues with that when I did try. I am trying again and it still does the same thing. I was thinking it was maybe...

    If you already have an Origin account and bought The Sims 3 or any of its Expansions or Stuff Packs through Origin, you do not need to create an account on the Sims 3 website. Just log in with your Origin account and you should be able to see your products on your "My Page" website.

My problem doesn't seem to be with Origin. My problem is with this site. I can not registure at all.
