Can the Inspiron 15 7000 Series Touch play SIms 3?

What Dell laptops can I play for sims 3? I was interested in pruchasing a Inspiron 15 7000 Series Touch and I wanted to know if this laptop can play The Sims 3? Here are some specs:

The video card is a Intel® HD Graphics 4400.

The processor is a 4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4500U. Windows 8 touch.

The hard drive is a 2.5 inch 1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive with 8GB Flash Drive.

Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Does that laptop have a dedicated Nvidia GeForce GT 750M gaming video chip? There are several models of that lapop but all the ones I looked at had the gaming chip.

You should get a laptop with a good graphics card, yes. Doesn't have to be Nvidia but make sure it has a card and not just a chip.
