I believe you are referencing to the HP Stream 11 model with the Intel Celeron N2840 processor, 2GB of RAM and Intel HD (Bay Trail) graphics. While this laptop does meet the minimum requirements, I wouldn't advise playing on this laptop as it is not designed for gaming due to its lower performance components, and is very likely to overheat which can damage your PC.
Also, I doubt this laptop would be able to handle playing the game with expansion packs added, and you would probably be limited to low settings in just the base game.
