It sounds like you need to contact EA. Only they can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

- ApprovedI don't suppose anyone has a phone number for EA please as the live chat has very long wait times and no one seems to answer. I am from UK so don't think I can call toll free number
I have the US number but yeah it's the toll free one. I know there are others for international people. I googled and found this UK phone number for them: 08702432435 (from this link: http://forum.p-stats.com/threads/1420-How-To-Contact-Origin-EA-%28version-3%29).
