I've tried both but when I get to try to download one of the worlds whether from the website or open up the game to do so. I'm in the endless loop of logging in on the launcher that will not accept the correct information i'm putting in even if I logged in before doing so.
@beth0410 Is this true even if you move the entire Sims 3 folder to the desktop and open the launcher to spawn a new one? What if you use a different browser? Firefox always works well with the store for me.
If this doesn't help, please make sure you've installed Sims 3 using the same EA account that owns your worlds. You shouldn't need to login to the launcher to install store content, but that prompt can show up if the accounts don't match, or for a few other reasons.

Same thing happens regardless of what I do. I did try firefox earlier and now it won't load the login page on sims3 website for whatever reason.
It is the same account.

@beth0410 Sometimes when I try to login, I have to refresh the page a couple times, or the first login fails and I need to press the button again. The site itself should load eventually though.
Does downloading Riverview work? I'm asking because it's free and so should be downloadable regardless of any possible account issues. What about other store items? Even if you don't own any, there are some free registration gifts you can experiment with, but if you do own other items you spent SimPoints on, please test those too.

Nothing I downloaded was working.
To let you know what exactly I did to finally get it working.
Uninstall all of sims 3 off and borrowed my mom's computer to test if it was just my computer. It was working then found an external hard drive to just play off of that on my own computer. With this, it was all showing up and now able to install objects etc I have as well now.
