Cannot download the quantum power pack

I have purchased the sims 3 into the future limited addition. I have redemed the power pack online and it is in my purchasing history but will not download to the sims starter menu. It keeps saying error in the while downloading.

I don't undertand why I cannot download it when other sims 3 content works just fine.
