Cannot Redeem Packs on Sims 3 Website

Hello,

I purchased a bunch of game content like Roaring Heights, the Jet Set pack, Hidden Springs, Monte Vista, etc. The emails instruct me to redeem my codes on the Sims 3 website. When I go to do so, the Sims 3 website tells me that my account does not have the Sims 3 registered on it (see attached image). I own the Sims 3 on Origin. When I go to redeem my Sims 3 game on the website using the CD code from Origin, I get an error message (see attached image). Thus, I cannot redeem the game content I bought. Please help me solve this issue.

Thank you in advance!

  • @Juliet_smiles7  If you click My Page (just the header, not a subcategory), then scroll down a bit, does the Sims 3 base game appear as owned under My Games?  The icon would be filled in—a blue square with a green plumbob—rather than faded gray.  If the base game shows as owned, please make sure you're clicking Redeem a Code at the bottom of the page to register the worlds you've bought.  The Jet Set pack might be handled separately, through the interface in your screenshot; I wouldn't know because I bought it with points rather than receiving a code.

If the Sims 3 base game doesn't show as owned on My Page, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask that the game be re-added to your account.  This is simple for a support rep to do once they understand the problem, i.e. that the Store page doesn't think you own Sims 3 and you therefore can't use your other purchased content.  I strongly recommend live chat rather than email; if you're not seeing the option, try this link:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=the-sims-3&platform=&topic=missing-game&category=manage-my-account&subCategory=find-missing-game

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

Thank you so much, you solved the problem. I was just inputting the codes in the wrong place.
