Have you tried through Origin. Origin and the sims 3 web now sync together with same email and password. The link to download Origin https://www.origin.com/en-us/download this is for PC if you need mac scroll down to the mac link. Once you download origin open origin at desktop with same email and password you use on the sims 3 web

I just tried this but it says that my game code has been redeemed before but I know that it has not because I bought the game new. I'm not sure what else to try. Thanks for your help anyway. It is helpful knowing that the games show up in Origin. 🙂

With serial codes stating they're invalid, you most likely will have to contact EA, they can be found here: http://eahelp.ea.com/en/ . For help with navigating your way around, see this: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2012/10/how-to-contact-ea.html

Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU! To get your accounts connected, simply use the same details as you use for Origin.
If you have bought the game second-hand - you will not be able to re-register it. Games can only be registered ONCE.
