Cannot redeem product codes

i tried redeeming 2 sims stuff packs on the sims sights <edit code for security reasons> Diesel  <edit code for security reasons> Master suite but there was not enough blocks so i registered ...

    for digital downloads they will/should be in your origin account to download and install log into your origin from the desktop with your email and password you use for your account then find the game icon in your my games tab right click -download ,if you where logged into your orign when you redeemed the codes log out of origin and log back in this can get the games to reload/refresh
