@belllusia That's not quite the system info I asked for, but it's enough to identify the problem, or at least one problem. Your Mac's graphics chip is actually under the minimum requirement for 64-bit Sims 3. That doesn't mean you can't play, of course, but you may run into performance issues like the ones you're seeing.
Please try turning lighting and tree detail to the minimum settings. Do so at the Main Menu, then quit to desktop before loading a save. If you still get crashes and you're playing in Bridgeport, please switch to Sunset Valley, or Riverview if you've installed it (it's free on the Sims 3 Store site), and test the game there.

@puzzlezaddict Hi, I turned lighting and tree detail off with no effect. In addition, Sims 4 works perfectly. Do you have any suggestions what can I do more?
Those crashes are random, sometimes after 2h or 5 min of play. My Mac does not overheat, fans are turned off, tempeture is ok.
Maybe something in game crashing my game?
Please help ☹️- puzzlezaddict3 years agoHero+
@belllusia What world are you currently playing in? Is this a new save or an old one, and if the latter, does a new save in Sunset Valley run better? Please also let me know whether you're using mods, and if so, which ones.
