CANT ACCESS MY STUFF PACK I BOUGHT ...

So I just bought the Master Suite Stuff Pack for PC...Im trying to log on to this "origin" thing. I've reset my passwrod ten times and it won't let me access it. It is really stating to make me mad because I spent twenty dollars on that and I've been trying to get on all morning. And theres no way to contact these "origin" people.
