Can't access online features in sims 3

Question

Hello,

I tried to login to my SIms 3 account in the game to access online features, but it keeps telling me my password or username is invalid, but it works when I login to Origin and The Sims 3 website. It's really annoying and I've tired to talk to a game adviser about it but apparently that page doesn't exist.&nbsp;
Please help.&nbsp;
