when clicking on a building(for example the movie theatre) I don't have the option to become partner, nor can I buy out the one business I am partnered in(the fortune telling wagon)
I have enough money
I don't have any mods
and I've tried checking in every hour of every day xD
what else can I try?

Also, I'm not sure but it might've come with a certain EP. Perhaps that's the issue.
