InspecteurPatate What happens when you try to download DV from your purchase history? Does it work if you try the product page instead?

Hi! Sorry for the late response.
It doesn't work from the product page, since it tells me to "Get the Bundle".
From the purchase history, it opens the launcher with an error message: "You don't own the item you're trying to download."
When I install it from the CD, it tells me to input the code and I get an error that this code has already been used. Same when I rebuy a brand new code from Amazon...
