Can't download Aurora Skies

Thanks for responding 🙂  Discovered that my game did infact need updating (the manual update to 1.50 should have been better highlighted to users)  After updating Aurora Skies finally downloaded.

I have the same problem. It says that my game version is 16.0 and it says that its already updated. What should i do?

Me too I have the same issue

My base game version is completely up to date, I have downloaded other content to my launcher and sucessfully uploaded it to my game before and after paying for Aurora Skies, yet it will NOT download, let alone install for me. I have tried three times today. It gets between half and three-forths of the way through downloading to my game launcher, then stops and states there has been an error and suggests I check my log, and I don't even know where that is! After that pops up, a little red no symbol appears in the status box, and I am back to square one.  I also purchased the gold version and can't even get it to download onto my launcher......WHAT THE HECK?! I need a little help here guys, that was 3900 points and I would like to be able to use it ☹️

The log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

How are you downloading ? Ingame Store or launcher ?

I am having this problem today. In fact I can't download anything I bought from the Sims 3 store. None of the download links seem to be working. Any idea why?
