Can't download Pets registration reward
I play via Origin on a PC. I purchased the basegame and all available packs digitally a couple of years ago. The Pets expansion pack is listed as owned under My Games on my store profile page. Yet, ...
@Nindigo79 It sounds like the store doesn't recognize you own the content anymore. It's possible EA customer support could add just the registration reward to your account, but I'm not sure they have a way of doing that directly. The only other way to fix this is to have support remove and re-add Pets to your account, thereby also re-adding the reward.
