Can't download Sims 3 dragon valley

the log file will be in your documents electronic arts/thesims3 it may be just a server issue

yea it says ive purchased it and all but wont download in the launcher says error everytime.

what browser are you useing ?

google chrome? ive been able to download other things off of the store about a week or two ago....

try switching to firefox or IE it just goes like sometimes , sometimes it's a server issue on EA's end also sometimes just logging out of the sims 3 site and back in does it

try clear your browser cache

Read and cleared brower cache, using Firefox still same problem - 6 days now different times selected for download during day and night -

do you have mods ? or non ea CC

i dont have any mods or cheats
