Can't download Sims 3 dragon valley
I have already purchased dragon valley but i'm not able to install it and I have the latest updates and all.. It says error please see log for more details every time I try to download the ad on.

No mods, and disabled cc's - still no luck
There's quite a few people on thist thread so please all answer the following questions
- What symptoms are you seeing ? Download button does nothing, download button starts launcher but then does nothing, Download starts but doesn't completely download ? Anything else ?
- Is your game updated to 1.50 (hover over the base game icon in your launcher to find out) ?
- The log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

Hi there - Dragon Valley is my first download purchase, and I'm also experiencing this issue today.
I've tried IE and FF, and have updated my base game and restarted my computer a few times. I attempt to download from the "my purchases" screen, and to answer to your questions:
- I eventually get a message from the Sim 3 Game Launcher that states either "There was an error downloading content. Please see the log for more details" or "We're sorry but you do not own the content that you are trying to download"
- Base game is updated, no further updates available*

Any advice on how to actually download this world would be much appreciated.
*Edit - after restarting a few more times and turning on the option for automatic updates, I found another update that took me to version 1.55. It now looks like it's downloading...
I have been trying to download the dragon valley since i purschased the disk from gamestop. When i put the disk in it does the folowing:
asks me what language: i put english.. then it proceeds to where it wants to install but it imediately says its installed after i tell it too. then it takes me to the sims launcher to play the game where it pops up with a window to enter my 16 digit key code.. I do that and it has been saying invalid when my boyfriend and i both have done it for 2 days now.. I was really excited to play this game but I dont get why it won't work.. How do i download this world ?? I have been googling everything to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please help
