Can't edit town!!

I don't know what to do! So my game has a ton of issues and one of my sims can't interact with some objects such as toilets and beds and so a few days back I wanted to get rid of an elder sim so I turned on the cheat console and typed in "testingcheatsenabled true" and shift-clicked on the elder and clicked on "trigger age transition". So the elder was just stuck there, not dying, the Grim Reaper wasn't even on the lot! So I shift-clicked again and this time I deleted her! So now I read somewhere on this forum you had to evict the household and do a bunch of stuff to get your sim back to normal, but when I try to edit my town, it says I can't edit because there's a sim dying on my lot! Now I'm sure I must have just deleted her physically so the ghost of the elder is still there, but invisible! Please help, I have no idea what to do!
