If you cannot find the code in the email with the instructions and if you did not get an additional email with that code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor. You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
Make sure that you have your email with the receipt and the email with the instructions open as the Game Advisor will probably ask you questions about it.
