Can't find my family on The Sims 3??

On the Sims 3 I have 2-3 households that I play in. So I went to play them today and all of my households were gone. They wouldn't show up. So does anyone know why did they disappear, and if I can ge...

    Hi @YaliSafiya,

    If that file was deleted, then it's likely your other files were also deleted. This seems to be the reason why you are missing your household.

    This is a screenshot of my files in my The Sims 3 folder. Please, go to the recycle bin (that's where you found CASPartCache, right?) and un-delete these files if they were deleted:

    Once you have recovered them, can you find your family? 🙂

Hi, @EA_Mai

I found the file, which turned out to have been deleted, so I un-deleted it, and it's in the Eletronic Arts folder. Is there anything else I'm supposed to do?

Hi @YaliSafiya,
