I am having a similar issue, I have two games on Origin, Sims 3 and Simcity, however it isn't showing on origin, even though I have played both games and even have all the files in an EA folder in my documents it says I need to enter my product codes which i no longer have as I must have deleted the email with it in half a year ago! I just went to play Sims 3 and found it was no longer on my computer!
