Can't Install my Digital Download Stuff Pack
I have tried everything I can think of to install the movie stuff pack and nothing has worked. I receive an error message. EA advisors have not been able to help with this issue; I have not had this...

The error message always says vista for everyone. I doubt that it's an issue of wrongly recognizing your OS.
Only other suggestion I have is to either post at thesims3.com in the tech section (there's many users there that might be able to give you other ideas) or at ModTheSims or other fan sites. I'm totally out of any ideas.
Do just link to this thread so that people know what you've already tried.
Ok...this particular expansion pack has got me stumped. I haven't been able to get any other solutions as to why this particular stuff pack won't install because I was able to install the stuff pack that just came out today....! 😕mileyhappy: I'm glad about that. I got both of these stuff packs through origin. Just a thought...is it possible I got a bum download???
Weird.
I would contact customer support if they can send you a DVD or get a refund for the Origin version and buy a DVD instead.
