cant install purchased content from download dashboard.

help me please. thank you!  i click install tab on purchased content from my purchase history and either nothing happens or i get an error window stating i dont own content im trying to download.  co...

jeffle9423  I'm saying don't use the Downloads Dashboard, use a different approach, one that's more reliable and easier to work with.  Please try it and let me know what happens.
