My Sims 3 will not play. After it loads and I start to play, I immediately get kicked me out of the whole game. I need help, please.

So my password contains no special characters. But for some reason, it is working today! Thanks anyway!

I was able to log in today.
Bryleeanne1 What exactly happens when you try to login to the launcher? Please describe it, and also create an EA App error report:

and post the report ID here.
Please also let me know whether you can login through the Main Menu. If the game gets stuck connecting, open Keychain Access, in Applications > Utilities, search for sims3 , and delete the entries you find. That should clear up the "connecting" status at least.

Chels108 What happens when you try to login? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot. And if your password has any special characters in it, try changing in (on ea.com) to something with only letters and numbers.
If this doesn't help, please create an EA App error report:

and post the report ID in this thread.

I am having the exact same issue and I have followed all of the steps I can find online-still not working!!

Yeah.. I got to play for a day and now there is this problem... still no word on being fixes...
