Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hello there! Basically as the title says I can't play the game. I recently bought the game with all add-ons from a retailer. Everything is showinng in the library, but it says 'Available on Windows' due to being a 32 bit version, whereas I need a 64 one. I've already contacted support couple of times and they said that they can't help me with this due to buying from the unverified retailer, so I need to contact the retailer so that they (retailer) could give me another version of the key (which is quite rudiculous as I have already acquired the code and activated it). Did anyone have similar issues and if so, how did you resolve them?
