I purchased Sims 3 today on Steam to register on the exchange site but after imputing the code the site states it as Invalid. The game registered in my EA app and launches through Steam fine, but I can't use any of the online features. Please help.

Unfortunately no. I tried again right now and got the same error.
Is there an official channel where I can get support? I tried on the support page but no chat option is available and I see no way to open a ticket.
I have also an issue with ts3 regarding getting the 64 bit ver
