Can't save screenshots from game

Recently pressing C in game was saving a screenshot in c:users/user/documents/electronic arts/The Sims 3/screenshots/

But now it isn't. This folder is empty. How can I fix that? I set permissions on that folder to Everyone. Also tryed launching the sims 3 as Administrator. Both didn't help.
