Can't save when playing in Moonlight Falls

I had to reinstall my Sims 3 base game but still keep everything, and then reinstall ALL my expansions (most of them, anyway, because I'm afraid of what will happen if I do), and I was able to play Moonlight Falls and save again, along with all my other towns. I hope I never have to do this again, having to uninstall, reinstall and re-enter all the codes was a major pain! Thanks for all your help.:womanhappy:
