Cat stuck

hey, I just start sims 3 and after a while playing I saw that my cat was sitting on the kitchen counter. She is stuck and can do anything more, she makes only a weird head movement. does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks in advance

    Try resetting the cat as follows

    • Press ctl-shift-c to open the cheat console
    • Type resetsim firstname lastname (that be the name of your cat)

    you can try a cheat. In game control+shift+c then type testingcheatsenabled(space)true. Hit enter. Control+shift+C then type resetsim(space)the sims/Cats name hit enter and see if that works
