CAW Download Button Broke and 1.69 memory error

@Vulnnn I finally got this to work from the sims3 website after the stupid blank pop up that lead to nowhere.
The problem was that I was not signed in. Lol
Worked perfect after that and the install didn't give me failures like third party site downloads.
