CC still showing in my Sims 3 Game

So, I have removed all of my cc from my mods folder, downloads folder and the Sims 3 launcher, but it is still appearing in my game.  Are there any additional steps I need to do? I have delet...

    @nessatay2223  Did you also delete the .dbc files in DCCache?  I thought you had, but I realized I read that wrong in your original post.  The files that end in .ebc are bundled Store content, so don't touch those.

@puzzlezaddict  So, I cleared everything out from DCBackup except the ccmerged.package and took out the library folder but I don't have a savedsims folder. 

The cc is still showing up unfortunately....

      @nessatay2223  Great, glad to hear it.  You can restore your Library files if you want; there's nothing useful about the files in DCBackup (other than ccmerged).
