@zacwestmore Are they all in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads? It's possible that Sims 3 is reading a different game folder than the one where you put the downloads. To find out, check the last modified date on the file labeled deviceconfig.log, also inside the Sims 3 game folder. It should match the last time you launched the game. If it doesn't, then this isn't the folder being used.
If this isn't the issue, try moving all the files out of Downloads, put just one back in, and let me know whether the launcher reads it properly or not.
I am also have a problem wit CC not showing
I have checked the Device Config Log and this is what shows beside the OS Version: Windows 8 6.2.9200
I am running Windows 10

@littlelambsie The deviceconfig always reports Windows 10 as Windows 8, so that's not the issue. What kind of custom content are you trying to install: .package files or .Sims3Packs? Please also make sure that the option to "Run without custom content" is NOT checked in the launcher's Installed Content tab.

Hey I've done all of this and still cc isn't showing up, Ive used cc before on sims 4 on my Mac just not sims 3 yet, is there anything else I can do?

@lenathehorse1207 What exactly have you done so far that hasn't worked? Does your Sims 4 custom content currently work? Please double-check; if it's not showing up either, that would narrow down the problem significantly.
