Okay. sorry for not replying, I was preoccupied. Here is the screenshot.
@Splotchish Sims 3 CC that comes in .package format is usually installed into The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\. Only .Sims3Pack files are placed into the Downloads folder, and then installed through The Sims 3 Launcher.
