cd-key error
hello, i bought a cd-key in the internet on ebay. But if I wanted to activated it on the SIMS website it shows me as a failed key. The seller said that the key is right, so what Problem could it be?...

Many keys bought on ebay may not be legit.
I would contact Customer Support and see what they have to say about it.
