Changed Origin Password, now can't access Sims3.com or in-game login!

Has this happened to anyone else???

   I'd forgotten my Sims3.com password. I clicked the link "I Forgot My Password". It re-directed me to Origin.com.

   I changed my password on my Origin account, then tried Sims3 again ith the new password. It told me my password is incorrect.

   I waited a few days, tried again - still getting the incorrect password message. Now, I can't log in to Sims3.com or log in during game play, and changing my Origin password hasn't helped?

Does anyone have a work-around, or will I need to suffer through EA Customer Service? *cry*
