@lilly_season Does the chicken coop show as installed in the launcher? Please check, and if so, uninstall it there first. Before reinstalling, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete any instances of the chicken coop you see. Then download a fresh copy, install it, and see whether it loads in-game.
If that doesn't help, and you don't have a lot of Store content, the easiest fix is to reinstall all your Store items. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to create a new folder, download only the chicken coop, install it, and test. If it works, download the other Store items, a few at a time, and install and test them too. If your download speeds are poor, you can borrow the other downloaded files from the same Downloads folder instead of using the Store site.
If everything is intact, make a copy of the new Sims 3 folder—if your Store items stop working again, you can restore this backup instead of needing to reinstall everything again. Then move your saves and anything else you'd like to keep from the old Sims 3 folder to the new one. Here's a description of all the files:

Most of the files and folders can be ignored; the only ones you might want are those that represent actual content (e.g. Saves or Library), plus options.ini if you don't want to have to reset all your in-game options.
If you do have too much Store content to reinstall from scratch, let me know. There's an approach that may be able to save most of it, but it's a bit more complicated and somewhat less reliable.
I tried redownloading from the exchange and it didn´t work + something I´ve noticed is that after it has downloaded and said "download successful" the loading screen just goes black and when I click the chicken coop can download it again?

@lilly_season If you're downloading from the website, you'll be able to download a given item as many times as you want; that's not indicative of a problem. When you say the loading screen goes black, do you mean the screen for the launcher's installer, or something else? And is this in a clean user folder or not? If not, please do try a clean folder and let me know how it goes.

I have some pictures to make it more clear what I mean. Also if I do install the chicken coop and it says that it´s installed successfully, the next time I open the launcher it looks like it isn´t installed. It´s something that´s wrong I´m sure of it.
Here is a little series of pictures so I´ll try to explain better. Arter the loading screen goes back it often crashes too but normally that doesn´t matter and it will install either way.

I tried moving the folder and it worked but absolutely everything of my custom content and all are gone. So I'm I´m very sad and even though I have a backup I can´t get it to work ;(

@lilly_season Your content is all intact in the folder you moved, and you can restore it as soon as you've installed your Store content. Saves are in the Saves folder, saved households and builds (yours or those you downloaded) in Library, saved sim CAS templates in SavedSims, and mods and .package-based custom content in Mods. Launcher-installed custom content is in files that end in .dbc inside DCCache, but make sure not to transfer the .ebc files, which are bundled Store content: the point here is to install all of that from scratch.
