Code already been used
I bought a second-hand Sims 3 Expansion Pack (World Adventures) and the code has already been used through Origin.
Who do I contact to try and get the game? I can of course provide proof that I bought it.

if 2nd hand/used unfortunately the game cannot be transferred to another account nor reregistered to another account the code if the previous owner registered/redeemed the code it is tied to their account... maybe contact the seller for a refund
