Where did you buy the game from?  Are you sure it was new? 

I'm also on hold with them.  This is my second call today and hour 4 of my life wasted and waiting for some one to answer over at customer support.  

To answer your questions in order: I called that number because it was the number given on the Tech support in the manual. Thanks for telling me what the real number is! I got the game from Fred Myers in Anchorage AK. Yes it was brand new, and very shiny!

The number you gave me says that the hours of service is over! I would like to play my game tonight! Could someone help me please!?!? My confirmation code will not enter in the Installation! help!

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
