Content will not install

I cannot get the following items from the Store to install:

Honeycomb Bookshelf

Tis the season for Gift Giving!

Earth Day

Atomic Age Pets Registration Gift

For Focus Thrill Seeker Pack

The Sims 3 Generations Registration Gift

Happy Holidays Presents

More Holiday Presents

Iams Starter Kit

Kallopl's Gifts

Not-A-Street Floor Lamp

Graham's Pet Swap Shop

Riverview

I have tried all of the solutions previously provided for other store content installation issues on the Answer HQ, as well as completely uninstalling and reinstalling all of my games. 

I am very frustrated.

I reside in the United States, I have a very good internet connection, my games were installed in the correct order, the game shows it is completely up to date, and I do not have any issues downloading any other content. Please fix this.

  • I actually fixed it by deleting the items from the SIms 3 Launcher and then redownloading them from my purchase history on TheSims3.com. Not sure why this worked, but it did!

  • I followed the instructions to the letter.

    The problem is not resolved.

    I also followed these instructions posted on another user's question:

    To fix downloading and uploading issues with your launcher follow these instructions carefully.

    Make sure that your game and launcher are not running.

    Next

    Delete the Cache and Clean Up Your Game This will eliminate remnants of uninstalled items that can cause problems from corrupt or outdated data.  

    It's okay to delete all of the following files from your game:

    Go to your game folder and delete

    CasPartCache.package

    compositorCache.package

    scriptCache.package

    SimCompositorCache.package

    Go to your Thumbnails folder

    delete everything inside that folder

    Go to your Content Patch Folder,  then click on Downloads

    delete any file that has " .part"  in it. Any file with that extension is an old partial update.  

    Windows users only may also delete items in the World Cache folder. If you don't see this folder, you just don't have any other worlds installed.  

    Nothing is working. I am really annoyed.
