crashing in map view

cel3405 What world are you playing in, what season is it, and is there water or snow on the ground? If there's snow, you can try removing it, although I don't think this work for puddles. Bring up the cheats console (ctrl-shift-C) and enter testingcheatsenabled true , shift-click the ground, select Seasons > Snow depth > 0, and see whether it helps.
Please also provide your computer's specs, for reference. On a Mac, I'd like everything under About This Mac except for the serial number. On a Windows PC, I'd like to look over a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
