Create-A-World Will Not Install

I downloaded CAW on my Windows 7 fine, but when I try to install it, it gives me this error message.

@Windows Vista Service Pack 0 (7600)
IE: Version 9.10.9200.16721

I've tried running it as an administrator, and have tried running it in numerous compatibility modes, but nothing has worked so far. Any known fixes?

    That message always says vista. Doesn't matter what OS you have

    Try running it as administrator or change your default browser to IE for the duration of the installation.

    Yes, but in the error message it says "Windows Vista Service Pack 0", even though I'm running it in compatibility mode for 7.
