I just downloaded it and it's not working. I have base-game version 1.39.
There was a patch yesterday. Maybe CAW is already updated as well so you will need to update your game.

I'm having this same issue, i re-installed it and it's still not working. how do i find out what version of the game I have?
Here's how to find the base game
To find out, open your launcher and hover over the little base game icon in the lower left part of the launcher. It should say 1.42.
