[CURRENT ISSUE 64-bit] Walls/floors cut away to display snowy roads

It's the end of 2024 now and I'm also having this issue, been having it since 64-bit was released. When there is snow on the roads, they glitch through all the walls in the house/apartment. No matter in which world you play. Hope this gets resolved... along with the "all open water options missing" glitch (playing on Mac).
