Thanks for the tips! Downloaded all of them. Crashes happen less frequently, but unfortunately they still do... Sims 3 has so many bugs and issues but nobody from EA seems to care, even though a lot of people put so much money in the games. I like sims 3 better than sims 4, but with all these issues it's almost unplayable for me.
@kayleighheuv It's unfortunate that even the 64-bit Mac version of Sims 3 is so unstable. In fact, it's more unstable than the Windows version, at least when the latter is run on a proper gaming machine. I'm not suggesting anyone buy a Windows computer just to play Sims 3, but if you do happen to have access to one that has a dedicated graphics card, now or in the future, it's worth trying to play on that system instead.
